Rendering images in the HtmlPanel control

Nov 24, 2014 at 2:56 PM
I can't seem to get images that are referenced in the html code to render in the HtmlPanel. Is this possible? The images are stored in a subfolder of the folder where the html code is located.
Thanks for any help...

if the images have relative path then it is relative to the application location, prefer using absolute or provide alternative loading via OnImageLoad event.

Why is the path relative to the application location? That makes no sense. I am using the HtmlPanel to render already existing HTML's that were created by an HTML editor, so the image paths are always relative to the HTML file location. Can you make it look in both locations or make it an option?

it a rendering library, the html is loaded without path association.
rendering html created by an editor usually means you have the raw html as a string and not as a path to file.
nevertheless, see OnImageLoad event, converting relative to absolute path is a one line of code.
